Who We Are

We understand choosing a hearing care provider is a big decision. At The Hearing and Tinnitus Center, our number one priority is delivering exceptional patient care. Our staff combines more than 25 years of expertise in hearing healthcare, and is well-trained on a variety of services ranging from evaluations to treatment.

We believe great care includes establishing great relationships with our patients. Treating hearing loss is an ongoing process that requires regular follow-ups, maintenance and cleanings to keep you hearing your best. Our staff is here to support you not only during your initial visit but throughout your entire journey to better hearing.

Dr. Jeff Baron, Au.D.

Audiologist

I have been an Audiologist in private practice for over 22 years. I am extremely pleased that I have helped thousands of patients hear clearly, comfortably and as natural as possible with their hearing aids for more than two decades. I have also helped many people with tinnitus.

Delly Paris-Baron

Administrator

I handle the booking and administrative work at The Hearing and Tinnitus Center. Through my work, I have developed understanding of hearing loss and hearing aids. I enjoy helping to create a friendly, efficient office for both patients and staff.

Maribel Loya

Office Manager

I truly enjoy being part of the Hearing and Tinnitus Center team. In my role as Office manager, I have the opportunity to build genuine connections with our patients every day. From scheduling appointments to handling Insurance matters, I have developed strong customer service skills throughout my career.

My name is Monte Carlos Paris-Baron and I am a 10 pound toy poodle. I am obsessed with my toys, love to eat, be with people, take walks and I work at the Hearing & Tinnitus Center.
